Mr. and Mrs. Hans
April 4, 2026
Sanja and Nathan’s wedding at Ledgecrest Reserve was proof that you don’t need a packed ballroom or a long guest list to create a day that feels incredibly full. They kept things intentionally intimate, surrounding themselves with their closest friends and family for a simple, elegant celebration on a beautiful Sunday in March.
After the ceremony, everyone gathered for one of the most memorable moments of the day. Rather than a plain group photo, Sanja had everyone grab a heart-shaped balloon for a photo with all of their guests. It was such a simple idea that made the image feel uniquely them, and you could feel the excitement from everyone in the room.
On a personal note, this wedding was special for me because Sanja and I used to work together. Seeing her again, along with a handful of our former coworkers, turned the day into a little reunion. Between portraits and catching up throughout the afternoon, it felt like celebrating with old friends as much as documenting a wedding.
The celebration continued with a relaxed refreshments hour featuring snacks, desserts, and mocktails, giving everyone plenty of time to mingle without feeling rushed. It matched the pace of the entire day perfectly. Simple, elegant, and centered on the people who mattered most, Sanja and Nathan’s wedding was a beautiful reminder that some of the most meaningful celebrations are also the most intimate.
